At 79 I have finally found out how to devote most of my time on an old hobby, photography. Earlier than August 2009 I used a Panasonic FZ8, from then on a Canon 40D and three lenses from the seventies, using adapters. They were part of my Contax 139 kit. I'm certainly not disappointed in these, a Yashica f2.8 28mm, Contax f1.7 50mm, and a Sigma f4.5 100-200mm zoom and macro. Naturally these are manual focus only but on the first two the glass is fantastic.
Lightroom and Photoshop with various plugins are my PC companions.

Op mijn 79st heb ik eindelijk ontdekt hoe ik een groot deel van mijn tijd kan spenderen aan een oude hobby, naamelik fotographie. De periode voor augustus 2009 gebruikt ik een Panasonic FZ8. Sinds augustus 2009 een Canon 40D en drie lenzen van de jaren zeventig met gebruik van adapters. Deze hoorden bij mijn oude Contax 139 kit. Ik ben zeker niet teluurgesteld in deze lenzen, een Yashica f2.8 28mm, Contax f1.7 50mm, en een Sigma f4.5 100-200mm zoom en macro. Natuurlijk zij zijn alleen handmatig in te stellen maar het glass in het eerste twee is fantastisch.
Lightroom en Photoshop met verschillende plugins zijn mijn PC werkpaarden.
